In consideration of being allowed to participate, in any way, in Leather & Rose Social Club programs, events, and activities I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following:

I hereby warrant and represent that I am at least 21 years of age. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto as to the subject matter contained herein.

I HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Leather & Rose Social Club, it's Founders' and Organizers, their agents, and/or employees, other participants, owners and leasers of premises used to conduct the event (“SOCIAL CLUB”), from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my membership and participation in the Social Club, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Personal Responsibility with Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol at events is optional and a personal decision. By participating in any events at the Social Club and the adjoining properties, I agree that any alcoholic beverages I consume are my own choice and responsibility. I agree to drink responsibility and heed suggestions from others and will not drive if I am intoxicated. I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all of my actions resulting from consuming alcohol and that the Social Club, its agents, owners, partners, employees, or affiliates, are in no way responsible.  I acknowledge that I am aware of the many risks involved with the consumption of alcohol, and agree that I am solely responsible for my health and well being.  I acknowledge that all alcohol consumed onsite has been provided by myself, and/or other guests, and has not been purchased in any way from the Social Club.

Severability: The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of California and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement consisting of the above paragraphs, fully understand its terms, and I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.  I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.  Please signify your acceptance by entering your full name in the box below.
